Marlin content reflects workplace trends that are identified through research.

With more than 60 years of experience and tens of thousands of customers, we have gained invaluable insight into issues affecting the workplace. We routinely survey thousands of subscribers to determine their current issues, work with industry experts across North America and conduct national polling.

Each year since 1995, we have conducted our annual “Attitudes in the American Workplace” Labor Day poll. The poll enables us to keep our finger on the pulse of the American worker. In the early years, the Gallup Organization conducted the polling. Harris Interactive has done so since 2001.
