Director of Content
Carolyn is a skilled digital strategist with extensive experience building audiences. In her role as Director of Content, she leads the charge in introducing a wide array of innovative digital content that helps our customers reach their employees.
Carolyn owns the vision, strategy, design and execution of content that runs on Marlin’s workplace digital signage platform. She heads up a team of writers and designers who develop content that addresses unique workplace issues facing industrial, warehouse distribution, hospitality, healthcare, sanitation, utility and transportation markets. Carolyn is passionate about engaging readers with innovative content that is relevant in today’s changing workplace.
Previously she served as Chief Innovation and Digital Officer at RJ Media Group where she had a key role in driving a digital cultural transformation. Carolyn holds a M.A. in American Studies and a B.A. in Soviet Studies from Trinity College.
